Help with a trip

Get help with a trip in the app

Riders and drivers get the quickest help in the Driveroo app. Your request reaches our support team with the trip details attached, so there's no need to explain where and when.

  1. Find the trip

    Open the app and go to Your trips, then choose the trip.

  2. Tell us what happened

    Tap Get help with this trip, choose what it's about and add a few words.

  3. Read our reply

    Replies and the status of each request are in Menu, then Support. You can start a request about anything else there too.

In an emergency, call 000. During a trip, the SOS button on the trip screen calls 000 for you.

Trips can start anywhere in the Perth metro area, from Joondalup in the north to Rockingham in the south, and from the coast out to Perth Airport, Midland and the hills.
